2. You must be twenty-one (21) years of age and possess a valid state issued ID to purchase filtered cigars from EZTobacco.com. EZTobacco.com will not sell tobacco products to minors. All EZTobacco.com customers are required to certify that they are at least 21 years old. EZTobacco.com reserves the right to cancel any sale based on our sole discretion if we believe the customer is purchasing tobacco products on behalf of a minor. By clicking any of the product links in this site, you are confirming that you are of legal age.

3. Federal legislation permits the purchase of these products for personal consumption from out-of-state.

4. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ascertain and comply with any laws in regard to the purchase and use of any products. In order to determine the applicable limits on purchases or taxing responsibilities, if any, imposed by your particular state, the consumer may want to contact their state and local authorities.

5. If your state prohibits shipping of our products to your address, you will be notified at check out of any state limitations that may exist.

Vermont
